Moderate to Severe Hypertension

A 12-week, Phase 3b on patients with severe to moderate hypertension

Why This Trial Is Important

If your blood pressure is greater than 160/90, you may be eligible for our clinical trial. TAK-491 is being developed as a possible treatment for high blood pressure. It works by relaxing the blood vessels and reducing workload on the heart. TAK-491 is an investigational drug and is still in development.

Who Can Join This Trial?

Men or women over the aged of 18 years old with moderate to severe hypertension.
