Idiopathic Overactive Bladder with Urinary Incontinence

A Phase III Double-Blind treatment of BOTOX® for Idiopathic Overactive Bladder

Why This Trial Is Important

An estimated 13 million Americans -- 85% of them women -- suffer from bladder control problems. Treatment of OAB frequently begins with conservative interventions such as behavioral therapy eg, bladder training, fluid/diet modifications and toileting assistance. However, these conservative methods have limited efficacy, particularly when the condition is severe and associated with urinary urgency incontinence.

Who Can Join This Trial?

Men or women who are 18 years or older with symptoms of OAB and with urinary urgency incontinence
